What is Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy uses relaxation to achieve an altered state of awareness and mindfulness.
This form of therapy is for the purpose of utilizing one’s mind to help reduce or alleviate a variety of issues, such as psychological distress, phobias, or unhealthy or destructive habits. The aim of hypnotherapy is to create a positive change in an individual, while one enters a subconsciousness state.

What is REIKI
Reiki combines the Japanese and Chinese word-characters of "rei" (spiritual) and "ki" (vital energy). One of the basic ideas held by those who practice Reiki is that this vital energy can be channeled to support the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Reiki is a hands-on-body healing practice in which a practitioner places hands lightly on or over a patient's body to facilitate the patient's healing process.
